11.1 The 89ph platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and older. 89ph does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
11.2 If 89ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 89ph platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.
11.3 Age verification is conducted as part of the registration and KYC process. 89ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
