These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 89ph platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of 89ph, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 89ph. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Age verification is conducted at registration and during withdrawal processing.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active 89ph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All bonuses and promotions on 89ph come with clearly stated wagering requirements. Bonus funds must meet the applicable playthrough conditions before withdrawal. Terms for each promotion are published at the time of the offer.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 89ph platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the 89ph website or mobile application.
1.2 By clicking "Register," "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the 89ph platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.4 89ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on 89ph. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. 89ph strictly prohibits underage gambling.
2.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 89ph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 89ph is operated for and primarily directed at players located in the Philippines. 2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on 89ph:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 89ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 89ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 89ph account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 89ph will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified 89ph of a security breach without undue delay.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). 89ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence, and utility bills issued within the last three months.
3.5 Account Currency. All 89ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 89ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time and will be displayed within your account dashboard.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 89ph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are generally completed within one (1) hour of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 89ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party source may be confiscated and the associated account suspended.
4.7 Fees. 89ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 89ph accepts no responsibility.
5.1 89ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds are used.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 89ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.5 89ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a player will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
6.1 All games available on the 89ph platform — including live dealer games powered by Ezugi, slots, fishing games, Megaways titles, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
6.2 Random Number Generation. Slot and virtual games on 89ph use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are random, independent, and unpredictable. Live dealer games use physical dealing and spinning equipment monitored by independent oversight.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, 89ph reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error are not valid and will not be paid.
6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on 89ph are subject to their own specific rules regarding settlement, void bets, and in-play wagering. These rules are published within the sports betting section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.5 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 89ph's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may submit disputes to our support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89ph platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude from 89ph will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. During this period, 89ph will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
8.4 89ph strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage persons to gamble on the platform.
9.1 All content on the 89ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of 89ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 89ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 89ph content without our prior written consent.
9.3 The 89ph name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of 89ph. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
10.1 89ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 89ph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 89ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.
10.3 89ph uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and financial information. However, no online transmission is entirely secure, and 89ph cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11.2 89ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 89ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 By You. You may close your 89ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 By 89ph. 89ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where:
12.3 Where an account is closed by 89ph due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
13.3 89ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
14.1 89ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at https://89ph.app/terms-conditions.
14.2 Where amendments are material, 89ph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the 89ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
